From the moment I decided to set up Flair I have always had great customer service as the driving force behind my vision for the company.
Without our customers we would not be here and that is something I keep in the forefront of my mind as much as possible.
Setting up and running a business of any kind can be hard work, with many distractions and multiple things to think about and juggle on a day to day basis. But I believe that the success of any business is always measured by the standard of service or the quality of the product that is being supplied to the customer.
We might be responding to a one-off breakdown call, carrying out a pre-planned service visit or installing a new air conditioning system into a building but I’ll always try to ask myself one important question. Are we offering value?
We aim to offer a service that not only is value for money but that offers the best value compared to the rest of our industry. I feel asking myself this valuable question in my work and life in general keeps me on the right track.
One of my goals in business and in any relationship is to create value and to try to always offer more of it than I take. Whether it is to complete a job to the best of my abilities whilst causing minimal disruption to a customers workplace, or by trying to be a loving and supportive husband, father or friend in my personal life.
At Flair we focus on offering as much value as possible and we always will do.
